Representative Masek gave notice of reconsideration of her vote on             
CSHB 323(FIN) (page 3525).                                                     
                                                                               
Representative Masek moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
reconsideration of CSHB 323(FIN) be taken up on the same day.                  
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 323(FIN)                                                
"An Act relating to the calculation of employee contributions and             
credited service in the public employees' retirement system for                
noncertificated employees of school districts, regional educational            
attendance areas, the Alaska Vocational Technical Center, and                  
state boarding schools; and providing for an effective date."
